Exam entry uses the same simple process and features as Enrolments. This allows:
- For a very powerful examination system that can also track all of the internal and external qualifications and achievements of learners and staff
- Full user control including location, invigilators, charges, funding and can be multi-series containing specific dates or simple series - start, tracking potential results and actual results with pass, fail and partial outcomes
- Accounts and receipts that feed directly into the banking and finance system
- The qualification system can also run outside of funding
